My wife was looking for a home that was more secluded and in nature yet close enough to things to do. The description fit perfect. After activities during the day it was nice to come back to the beautiful home and enjoy the nature on front porch or back deck soaking in hot tub. Any questions I had, Thomas was very prompt and and polite. It was hard to leave.

We stayed here during our recent stay to Hot Springs, which was our first time down there. Thomas was very thorough in instructions and responses when we needed something. The house we rented was above and beyond what we could have asked for. Very well equipped and had everything a person could need during a stay. Would highly recommend this property. Will definitely rebook this next visit we make.

This was our second year staying here. Everything was perfect. I love that the lake is right outside, and it's a flat, level backyard to the water! The home is always in wonderful condition. The layout makes it so easy to accommodate multiple guests. We will always stay here when we come to Arkansas!

Would recommend this place if you want simple and easy was perfect location close to casino and all the hiking trails + crystal mines was like 20 mins away will definitely be staying here in the future

We stayed at the cottage over spring break and had a wonderful experience. The space is charming and tucked into what feels like a secluded retreat, yet it's just a short trip to town. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our stay, and even went out of their way to share local recommendations that made our trip even better. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Hot Springs!

This place was top-notch on all levels. Starting with the welcome message before I'd even arrived, the hosts added little sprinkles of awesome to every single aspect of this place. The decor, the amenities, the cleanliness was hitting on all cylinders. The home is nestled into the most stunning and quiet area, but is still just a hop, skip and jump from everything the city has to offer. If I've ever had a better night's sleep, I couldn't tell you when. This is the Park Place of vacation rentals. I'm excited to visit again!

Beautiful cottage on the lake! It was spring break and we wanted to do something a little more low key. The kids loved the game room and fishing off the pier. Also, highly recommend the Mid-American Museum and walking Bathhouse Row. They are already asking when we are going back.

Booked this house for a last minute trip and could not have asked for a better experience. The house was super clean and check-in was seamless. It’s tucked away but still just a 15 or so minute drive to downtown. We even had a surprise visit from a very sweet puppy that lived up the road before we left! If you’re looking at this place just book it already.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin. It’s conveniently located close to the town and several parks, making it easy to explore the area. The check-in process was very smooth and hassle free, and the cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again.
